INFORMATION REQUIRED PRIOR TO COMPANY REGISTRATION

(to be submitted in person or using our Incorporation Form – please send an email to hello@qapl.sg to request for a copy)

  • 3 proposed company names
  • Description of principal activities (maximum of two activities) accompanied by the appropriate SSIC Code (you can look up SSIC Codes here)
  • For Locals – Copy of Local Singapore NRIC of the proposed Company director(s), shareholder(s), beneficial owner(s) if any.
  • For Foreigners – Copy of passport, proof of foreign residential address and national identity card, if any, of the proposed Company director(s), shareholder(s), beneficial owner(s), if any.
  • Amount of paid-up share capital (minimum $1), type of shares (ordinary or preference shares) and number of shares to be allocated to each shareholder.
  • In accordance with regulatory requirements, please provide us with the information of the beneficial owner, if he/she is not listed as a shareholder.
  • Contact information of all directors, shareholders, beneficial owners (name, telephone, email, etc.)
  • One local registered address for your company registration (we can provide 1st year registered address free)

Steps to incorporate in-person

 

  • Visit our office to submit the information required above. Please send an email to hello@qapl.sg to request for a copy of the Incorporation Form so that you know more details on the information required.
  • Make cash payment.
  • We will notify you once the company is set-up. Time taken can vary between two hours to a few business days depending on ACRA’s verification checks, but should usually be within a few hours.

Steps to Incorporate Via Email

  • Complete the Incorporation Form / Email us the information as required above and submit your NRIC copies (for local individual) or passport copies, proof of foreign residential address and national identity card if any (for foreigner) or Certificate of Incorporation and Constitution (also known as the Memorandum and Articles of Association) (for corporate shareholder) to us at hello@qapl.sg
  • We will check the availability of the company name. Once the name is confirmed to be available, we will email you our invoice for payment. Upon receipt of payment, the company name will be reserved at your request.
  • We will subsequently email you the documents for signatures.
  • Upon receipt of the signed documents (scan, post or by courier), we will perform verification of identity, which is required under Singapore statutory law.
  • Once the verification is completed, we will proceed to incorporate the company.
  • We will notify you once the company is set-up. Time taken can vary between two hours to a few business days depending on ACRA’s verification checks, but should usually be within a few hours.
