STEPS TO INCORPORATE
Steps for In-Person Company Incorporation
1)
Visit our office to
submit the information required above. Please send an email to ernestfok@qapl.sg to request for a copy of the Incorporation Form so
that you know more details on the information required.
2)
Make cash payment.
3)
We will notify you
once the company is set-up. Time taken can vary between two hours to a few
business days depending on ACRA’s verification checks, but should usually be
within a few hours.
Steps to Incorporate Via Email
1)
Complete the
Incorporation Form / Email us the information as required above and submit your
NRIC copies (for local individual) or passport copies, proof of foreign
residential address and national identity card if any (for foreigner) or
Certificate of Incorporation and Constitution (also known as the Memorandum and
Articles of Association) (for corporate shareholder) to us at ernestfok@qapl.sg.
2)
We will check the availability
of the company name. Once the name is confirmed to be available, we will email
you our invoice for payment. Upon receipt of payment, the company name will be
reserved at your request.
3)
We will subsequently
email you the documents for signatures.
4)
Upon receipt of the
signed documents (scan, post or by courier), we will perform verification of
identity, which is required under Singapore statutory law.
5)
Once the verification
is completed, we will proceed to incorporate the company.
6)
We will notify you
once the company is set-up. Time taken can vary between two hours to a few
business days depending on ACRA’s verification checks, but should usually be
within a few hours.
Alternatively, should you prefer
not to incorporate a company, we also provide registration of businesses as
follows:
Registration of sole
proprietorship: $300 (includes $115 filing fees payable to ACRA)
Registration of partnership: $400
